Our story — the rhythm of a day

We open every morning at eight. In the city centre there are fewer places running from early morning. We started serving breakfast at eight and stayed on that schedule.

The rhythm of a day

Mornings bring guests heading to work. They sit twenty minutes, ask for coffee, eggs, toast. Afternoons hold lunches in pairs. Evenings open celebrations, organized dinners, sometimes a business meeting that runs past midnight. The room doesn’t empty all at once.

What changed

The menu has been re-cut several times. The house pljeskavica stayed — that’s the dish guests remember us by. Karađorđeva and pancakes too. We added black risotto, Caesar salad, Benedict eggs. Tradition isn’t an excuse to leave nothing in motion.

What didn’t

The table service, cutlery, the way a table is set — we don’t change those. Guests notice even when they can’t name the difference. That’s our signature.
